About Prof. Dr. Susanne Böhlich

I support organizations in project management and human resource development through management coaching, training courses and talks or keynotes. I mainly specialize in leadership topics and the cooperation between different generations and cultures.

My book on “Project Management in Healthcare” has been published by Springer Gabler. Further publications can be found here.

I am a professor in International Management at the iu – International University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Human Resources Management, Leadership and Project Management.

Previously, I gained extensive project management and consulting experience in projects in the service sector and spent many years in leadership and management roles in a DAX 30 company, among others.
